5. eSIM Compatibility

• Customers are responsible for verifying device compatibility before purchasing.
• ATLAS eSIM is not responsible for incompatibility caused by unsupported devices.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed individually.

Refunds may not be granted when:

• The eSIM has been activated
• Data has been consumed
• The service has been fully delivered
