7. Atlas DataBack+

7.1 What it is. Atlas DataBack+ is an optional paid add-on available at checkout. It is a loyalty benefit. It is not insurance, not a refund, and not a financial product.

7.2 How the reward is calculated.When your eSIM expires, Atlas calculates a reward based on the mobile data left unused, in proportion to the data purchased, applied to Atlas's margin on that order. The applicable share and cap are those in force at the time of your purchase and are recorded with your order.

7.3 Cap. The reward is capped at €6.00 per order.

7.4 Conditions. A reward requires: the add-on purchased, the order delivered, the eSIM expired, and a final usage report received from the network operator after expiry. Orders that are refunded or cancelled generate no reward. Unlimited plans are not eligible, as unused data cannot be determined.

7.5 Using your credit. Credit is issued to your Atlas Wallet as restricted credit. It applies automatically to your next order for a plan above 5 GB, is used once and in full, and any remainder is not carried over. It cannot be transferred, combined across orders, exchanged for cash, or withdrawn.

7.6 Validity. Credit expires 90 days after issue. Atlas notifies you by email before expiry.

7.7 Changes. Atlas may change the price, share or cap for future purchases. Changes never affect orders already placed: each order retains the terms in force when it was purchased.
