How much can I get back?+
It depends on how much data you leave unused and on the plan you bought. Rewards are capped at €6 per order.
When does the credit arrive?+
Within 24 hours of your plan expiring, once we've received the final usage report from the network.
How do I use it?+
It applies automatically to your next eligible order — any plan above 5 GB — and is used in a single go.
Does it expire?+
Yes, 90 days after it lands. We email you before that happens.
Can I get it as cash?+
No. DataBack+ credit is a loyalty benefit, spendable inside Atlas eSIM only.
