What is a virtual number?

A real phone number with no SIM card. Texts and calls it receives reach you over the internet, in the Atlas app and your account.

Can I use it for WhatsApp or Telegram?

You can receive their verification code by SMS. Each service decides whether to accept a number: most do, but we can't guarantee it.

How do I receive calls?

Calls to your number ring in the Atlas app, over Wi-Fi or mobile data. Outgoing calls aren't available yet.

What happens at the end of my period?

You can keep your number month by month. Without an extension, it's released a few days after the due date and can't be recovered.

Can I have several numbers?

Yes, in different countries or the same one.

Are my texts private?

They're only visible in your account. Atlas doesn't read or share them.

A service refuses my number — what now?

Some banks and apps block virtual numbers. Write to us and we'll help you find a solution.
